Lead-free elastomeric PVC/NBR jacketing compounds are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin and nitrile-butadiene rubber as the basic raw material, and add special plasticizer, stabilizer, flame retardant and other accessory ingredients.
環保型聚氯乙烯/丁腈復合物彈性體護套料是以優質聚氯乙烯樹脂和丁腈橡膠為基料，加入特種增塑劑、穩定劑、阻燃劑等助劑，經混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒狀電纜料。
Characteristics and Application 特點及用途
These products have good oil-resistant property, soft and flexible, and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. They are mainly used for the jacketing of oil-resistant and flame-retardant cables, elevator cables, oil-resistant soft wires of dust cleaner, heavy soft cables and crane cables.
產品具有良好的耐油性、彈性和柔軟性，加工性能優異，符合RoHS環保標準。主要用于有耐油要求的電線電纜、電梯電纜、耐油吸塵器軟線、重型軟線、起重機電纜等護層材料。

Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建議使用普通長徑比為20-25的單螺桿擠出機進行生產。
